Shipping Information

• Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address.

• We ship within North America using primarily UPS, however from time to time we will use other couriers depending on order sizes and where it is shipping.

• Shipping is flat rate of $15.00 per item anywhere in Canada or US (except NV, NT, YT, AK, HW)

• Rest assured that your order will be professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping.

• Our average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 business days however, depending on order volume our turnaround time might be a little quicker or longer. From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season.

• When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
